Firstly, if you’re contemplating pursuing the ACCA, it’s essential to give thought to the exam fees. You might initially ask yourself, can you truly afford it? Furthermore, you might ponder over how much it genuinely costs. Lastly, a vital consideration is understanding how these fees are structured.

In this article, we’ll initially list all the ACCA exam fees, starting from student registration and going up to maintaining ACCA membership (with GBP as the reference currency). Additionally, you can utilize the ACCA exam fee checker based on your specific country of residence for a more tailored breakdown.

ACCA Registration and Subscription Fees

Firstly, to enrol for ACCA exams, you must be registered as an active ACCA student. This implies that, initially, you’ll need to pay a one-time registration fee of £89. Subsequently, an annual subscription fee of £134 is also required.

In your first year, you pay both the £89 and £134 fees. Every year afterwards, you need only pay the £134 annual subscription fee – due before 1st January.

You must pay this fee even if you aren’t sitting any exams that year. If you don’t you could be taken off the student register and have to re-register as a student to continue your studies, for £89.

ACCA Exemption Fees

You must pay separate ACCA exam fees for any exemptions. The fees depend on the exam level. These fees are £98 for the Applied Knowledge exams and £123 for the Applied Skills exams.

    1. Gustave,

It depends on where you are from. In Europe, the March 2023 fees for ACCA are £143; in other locations, it will be lower, £132. The closing date for registration is Jan 30th 2023. After that, the late entry fee is really expensive, £339 – £365.

You can look at your specific country here.

  2. Hello,
The quoted fee for the standard entry of Applied Skills exams, for December 2023 is 135 Pounds.
Is that amount for individual exams, or total amount for all six exams in the applied skill section namely:
Corporate and Business Law (LW) , Performance Management (PM), Taxation (TX) ,Financial Reporting (FR)
Audit and Assurance (AA) and Financial Management (FM).

  3. Please, I want to take my ACCA exams but I don’t know how much it cost for each Paper for Applied Knowledge and Applied Skill. Please, I also wanted to know how to register so I can write my first exams March Coming, 2024.

  4. As a new student, Is it advisable to register for ACCA in December? I’m kinda confused cos of the annual subscription fee. Do I have to pay for 2023 subscription fee and 2024 subscription fee
