About This Course
Course Information
Employee engagement should always feature highly on your list of a priorities. When working from home your team may also be struggling with feelings of anxiety or feeling apprehensive about the future. So how can you keep up team morale? The answer is to provide leadership, but remotely. In this Course we have partnered with Insight HR (insighthr.ie) to bring you a guide to providing leadership to your staff when working from home and to appreciate their concerns and how best to maximise performance. In our resources we also include a ‘Guide to Working from Home’ created by the practitioners at Insight HR. This course is made up of a podcast, a quiz and additional reading materials and accounts for 3 units of CPD. One unit is the equivalent of one hour of learning. A certificate will be issued once you have completed all 3 units.
