Course Information
If consumers have a complaint about a good or service they have bought, instead of going to court, they can choose Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The term ADR includes all the ways of resolving a complaint which do not involve going to court. This course takes you through both sides of the requirements detailing the options available.. This course is made up of video and a quiz, and accounts for 1 unit of CPD. One unit is the equivalent of one hour of learning. A certificate will be issued on completion.
