About This Course
In this course, we will discuss corporate governance specific to the US and how it differs from that in the UK and the Commonwealth. You will learn new concepts like interlocking directorates, proxy advisory firms etc.
This course comprises videos, questions and additional reading materials and accounts for 6 units of CPD. One unit is the equivalent of one hour of learning. A certificate will be issued once you have completed all 6 units.
