Pass guarantee — free access until you pass

In plain English

1. You buy a paper for a sitting (e.g. ACCA Financial Management for the June 2026 sitting).
2. You complete your study — 80% of the course content, 100% of the revision boot camp, and at least one mock — finishing your required course material at least two weeks before your exam, rather than cramming it into the final days.
3. You sit the real exam.
4. If you don’t pass, you apply within six months of your results being released: submit your official results to us. Once approved, we extend your access to the next published sitting for that paper at no cost, and give you a fresh mock to work through.
5. If you don’t pass again, you can apply again the same way. There’s no cap.

Qualifying conditions

To qualify, your per-paper purchase must show all of the following:

• Course content — 80% complete. At least 80% of the course content for your paper marked complete in the LMS.
• Revision boot camp — 100% complete. The full revision boot camp finished.
• Mock submitted. At least one mock exam submitted through the Learnsignal practice surface.
• Completed in good time.Your required course material (the 80% content and the 100% revision boot camp) must be complete at least two weeks before your exam date. This isn’t busywork — it’s there so you’ve genuinely had time to learn the material rather than ramming it all in over the last few days. Completions logged in the final fortnight before the exam don’t count toward the guarantee.
• You sat the real exam and submitted your results. The extension is not automatic. You claim it by submitting your official exam results, which is how we confirm both that you attended and that you didn’t pass.

How the claim works

There’s a short application — you submit your results, we approve, and your access rolls forward to the next sitting along with a new mock. No documentary proof beyond your results is needed in most cases.

You have six months from the release of your exam results to lodge your claim. After that window closes, the guarantee for that attempt lapses.

What the guarantee does not cover

• Subscriptions.The pass guarantee applies to per-course (per-paper) purchases only. Subscribers still get full access to the course content, revision boot camps and mocks while their subscription is active, but the guarantee — the free extension to the next sitting — does not apply to the monthly subscription product (€49.99/mo across all papers), which is sold on cancel-anytime terms.
• CPD coursesare sold as evergreen access — no sitting is attached, so no guarantee applies.
• Refunds.Every per-paper purchase has a 14-day cooling-off period. After 14 days, refunds aren’t available; the pass guarantee is the alternative remedy.

We commit to one extension to a comparable paper or a refund of the purchase price, whichever you prefer.

Does this affect my access to other papers?

No. Each per-paper purchase is independent. An extension on one paper doesn’t change access to any other paper, or to a subscription you also hold.

Changes to this guarantee

We may change or withdraw the pass guarantee at any time. Any change applies only to purchases made after we publish it — if you’d already bought a paper and met (or were on track to meet) the qualifying conditions, your guarantee on that paper is honoured under the terms that applied when you bought it.
