Pass guarantee — free access until you pass

In plain English

1. You buy a paper for a sitting (e.g. ACCA Financial Management for the June 2026 sitting).
2. You complete the boot-camp module in your paper.
3. You submit at least one mock exam through Learnsignal.
4. You sit the real exam.
5. If you don’t pass, your access is automatically extended to the next published sitting for that paper — at no cost. There is no application form. The extension just happens.
6. If you don’t pass again, the extension renews. There is no cap.

Qualifying conditions

Boot-camp complete

The boot-camp module on your paper must be marked complete in the LMS.

Mock submitted

You must submit at least one mock exam through the Learnsignal practice surface.

You sat the real exam

We may ask you to confirm you attended the official exam before extending. We will not ask for documentary proof in most cases.

What the guarantee does not cover

• The subscription product (€28/mo across all papers) is sold as a monthly subscription with cancel-anytime terms, not a per-sitting guarantee. Subscribers retain the same boot-camp + mock benefits while their subscription is active.
• CPD courses are sold as evergreen access — no sitting is attached, no guarantee applies.
• Refunds: every per-paper purchase has a 14-day cooling-off period. After 14 days, refunds aren’t available; the pass guarantee is the alternative remedy.

What if Learnsignal stops selling that paper?

We commit to one extension to a comparable paper or a refund of the purchase price, whichever you prefer.

Can I extend manually for a personal circumstance?

Does this affect my access to other papers?

No. Each per-paper purchase is independent. An extension on one paper doesn’t change access to any other paper or to a subscription you also hold.
