This course aims to empower individuals with the essential knowledge and skills to recognize and combat bullying and harassment in the workplace.

In this course, we emphasize actionable strategies for victims, bystanders, and organizations to foster a respectful and inclusive work environment.

With a focus on continuous learning, the course prepares everyone to be proactive agents of change in their workplaces.

This course is made up of videos, questions and additional reading materials and accounts for 2 units of CPD. One unit is the equivalent of one hour of learning. A certificate will be issued once you have completed all 2 units.
