Leadership Communication for Accountants
About This Course
Program Description
Effective communication is no longer a "nice to have" for accountants, it is a core leadership capability. As organizations demand clearer insights, stronger collaboration, and greater strategic influence from finance professionals, the ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact has become essential.
This course explores the full spectrum of leadership communication skills required in modern accounting roles, from persuasive messaging and overcoming objections to active listening, constructive feedback, and navigating difficult conversations.
Through accounting scenarios, reflective activities, and practical techniques, you will learn how to translate financial information into compelling narratives, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and communicate with authenticity and influence.
Learners are required to complete the final assessment within one year of the date of purchase or enrolment to successfully meet the course completion requirements.
This is a 2 CPE/CPD credits/units course. A certificate of completion will be issued upon successful completion of all course requirements, including the qualified assessments.
