Course Information
This course explores the role of Corporate Governance for Nonprofit Organizations. Nonprofit Organizations typically run on a value for money (VFM) model and their purpose and structure make the agency problem even more complex. This course covers a range of topics to understand governance and best practices for Nonprofits, such as board size and structure, budgeting and financial oversight, as well as the legal and regulatory compliance that they need to be aware of.
